Full Frame Factory was established in 2024 in Hillsboro, Oregon. Our owner and president, Aleksandr, has been splicing, testing, and certifying fiber plants across the Pacific Northwest since 2016. We serve Oregon and Washington — including hard-to-reach rural and remote areas — and we also install satellite internet where traditional connectivity isn't an option. This is a family business: when you call us, you talk to the people doing the work.

Our principles
We don't cut corners because fiber doesn't forgive them. A bad splice today is a 2 a.m. outage in five years. So we splice clean, test twice, and document everything.
Our crews carry calibrated EXFO and Fluke testers. Every job ends with a printed PDF report — loss budgets, OTDR traces in both directions, and labeled as-builts. No exceptions.
